Codependency may have been a survival strategy for most of your life, but now it’s run its course and is holding you back.

You are not broken.

My name is Michelle Charime (she/her/hers) and I’m an American-Iranian therapist based in Los Angeles, California.

My passion is to help you feel empowered to live as the most authentic version of yourself, free from the expectations of others.

Together we’ll explore what's working and not working in your relationships, how to set boundaries in a way that feels good, and help you rebuild trust in yourself.
